2012 Sasquatch Brew Fest Live Music Schedule

Scott Pemberton Trio 1:45 pm to 3:15 pm

Few guitar players are more exciting than Scott Pemberton. He plays his instrument with a passion that is seldom equaled. It is not surprising that he receives comparisons to a wide variety of the greats spanning many genres including Jimi Hendrix, Dick Dale and Grant Green.

Lionel Young Band 3:45 – 5:45 p.m..

Lionel Young is a high energy performer with a bent for the blues. His Lionel Young Band, winners of numerous awards for best in and around the Colorado region, have won the 2011 International Blues Challenge (IBC) band competition.

Ty Curtis Band 6:15 --8:15 p.m.

Ty Curtis is consumed by his music. There is no other way to explain how, at such a young age, this 23 year old, Salem Oregon based, vocalist/guitarist/song writer has amassed a recording catalogue of three critically acclaimed albums, earned 2nd place, in the prestigious 2009 International Blues Challenge in Memphis.

Scott Law Band 8:45 pm to close

Guitarist and singer-songwriter, Scott Law embodies the ideal of the Steel-String Master. Fluent in both acoustic and electric genres, he is a brilliant and versatile instrumentalist, lauded and cherished by fellow musicians and crowds alike for his ability to raise the energy level and musicality of his collaborations.

The Sasquatch Brew Fest is managed and produced by the Northwest Legends Foundation, a Eugene-based non-profit organization staffed by friends of Glen Hay Falconer.

The beer festival will run from  noon to 10:30 p.m. and will showcase the vibrant Pacific Northwest brewing industry by offering an opportunity to taste unique craft beers chosen specifically by each brewery’s head brewer.

Tickets will be available when the festival gates open at 12 p.m. for $10.  Entrance will include a commemorative glass and two taste tickets.  Additional taste tickets will be available for purchase.

Please note that the Northwest Legends Foundation will be reviewing opportunities for Advance Ticketing to the 2011 Sasquatch Brew Fest. Please stay tuned for more information!

The Sasquatch Brew Festival - a premier beer bash!

Managed and produced by the Northwest Legends Foundation, a Eugene-based non-profit organization staffed by Glen's friends, the Sasquatch Brew Fest is designed to showcase Pacific Northwest craft brewing.  Each unique beer presented each year is selected by a by a professional brewer to honor Glen's memory.

A large portion of the proceeds will be provided to the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation, a non-profit organization staffed by Glen's family with a mandate to support craft brewing by providing brewing scholarships. Additional funds obtained from the beer bash will be presented by the Northwest Legends Foundation to Eugene-based non-profit organizations - again - in memory of Glen.

Please contact the Northwest Legends Foundation with any questions or comments.

The Northwest Legends Foundation will invoke the spirit of the legendary Sasquatch (Glen’s nickname) and the memory of Glen Hay Falconer, known as one of the most talented and popular brewers in Eugene, by furthering the art of home brewing through the support of the people who brew craft-brewed beer in their home, and by continuing the financial support of the brewing scholarships and the good works of the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation.

As a home-grown organization, the Northwest Legends Foundation will also continue funding area non-profits and organizations in spirit of our friend.

In addition to the Sasquatch Brew Fest, join us for the annual Sasquatch BrewAm at McMenamins Edgefield in Troutdale, Oregon.

Many thanks to the generous sponsors of the Sasquatch Brew Fest!
